The members of the Etifor team- involved in the SPARE and AlpES (Interreg Alpine Space) projects – will be present at the Join Final Conference to be held in Innsbruck next November. The AlpES project aims to draw attention to the importance of Alpine ecosystem services and the SPARE project contributes to the proper use of the river resource by harmonizing the needs for use and protection.

The first in a series of Trade Consultations on the EU FLEGT VPA initiative and FLEGT licensing takes place in London on March 8. The event is being organised by the EU FLEGT Independent Market Monitoring project in cooperation with the Global Timber Forum. Nicola Andrighetto, Etifor, was responsible of collecting  first impressions of Italian importers regarding the introduction of FLEGT licences and monitoring the trade flows from the 15 FLEGT VPA-engaged tropical supplier countries to Italy.
