If You are a USER of this website:
navigation data (as better specified in our Cookie Policy); personal and contact data included in the communication voluntarily submitted through the dedicated sections of the website.
In You are a JOB CANDIDATE:
name and surname, date and place of birth, address, contact data, information on the profession, qualifications, language skills, education and any other data shown on your CV (including photos),videos and cover letters where voluntarily submitted via “Work with Us” Section.
In the application’s evaluation phase We do not need to process particular/“sensitive” data that may reveal your racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, data relating to health or sexual life or sexual orientation, nor data relating to criminal convictions or offenses, unless you feel it’s relevant or necessary pointing out some of these particular details for a better evaluation of your application.
If You are a CLIENT:
some identification data, such as name and surname, tax code, contact details, job title / qualification.
If You are a SUPPLIER (including contractors and external professionals):
some identification data such as name and surname, tax code, contact details, job title / qualification, bank details.
FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA and HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
We process the NAVIGATION DATA:
- to allow You to use the web services.
- (with your consent only) to obtain statistical information on the use of the website.
- (with your consent only) to provide You with relevant ads and marketing campaign.
These data are kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve such purposes. More information is available in our Cookie Policy.
We process USERS personal data:
- to respond to any of your voluntarily submitted requests.
Your data is kept for the time strictly necessary to respond to your request;
- for marketing purposes or for sending newsletters, information and promotional communications via e-mail, concerning services, as well as events, organized by Us and you consent for Us to such processing.
These data are kept for 36 months.
Lastly, it should be noted that in the event that any spontaneous request from the user is aimed at registering for an event organized by the Data Controller, the user-applicant is hereby made aware of the fact that as part of such events, photos and/or videos may be taken and/or made by the Data Controller and/or parties appointed by the Data Controller and/or partners involved in the organization of the event, having as their object the event and for purposes of promoting it and the activities of the Data Controller and/or partner, mainly within the social channels and websites of the latter.
The legal basis for such processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller and/or third parties (the partners involved in the organization of the event and/or to whom the Company has a contractual obligation having to do with the event). Since these will be mainly group images from which it will not be possible to extrapolate and/or delete the image of the individual, the user is invited, as of now, not to register for the event where he/she does not wish to be portrayed within the context of such images and/or videos. It is the user’s responsibility to also inform any companions at the event of this circumstance. The above data will be kept for the period deemed strictly necessary for the above purposes.
We process JOB CANDIDATES personal data:
- for the management of the application and the performance of personnel selection activities (thus, for the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at his/her request);
- with prior consent, to send communications regarding other job opportunities with us;
- in case of his/her provision of particular/sensitive data, where necessary and relevant, to assess his/her application for job positions falling under the scope of targeted employment (thus, to fulfill obligations and exercise the specific rights of the data controller or the rights of the data subject in matters such as labor law and social security and social protection law).Your data is kept for a period of 36 months from your application by sending the CV, except for the possibility of being able to request cancellation at any time.
We process CLIENTS personal data:
- because it is necessary for the execution of the contract or required pre-contractual measures;
- to fulfill the administrative, accounting and tax obligations required by applicable legislation for the management of the contractual relationship.
Your data is kept for the duration of the commercial and contractual relationship and for further ten years, in order to fulfill the applicable legal obligations of administrative, fiscal and accounting nature.
- for marketing purposes or for sending newsletters, information and promotional communications via e-mail, concerning services, offers, as well as events, organized by Us and you consent for Us to such processing;
Without prejudice to your right to object such processing and consistent with the applicable law, We could use, without the need for consent, your e-mail address to offer you services similar to those covered by the contract already entered into with you. These data are kept for 36 months.
We process SUPPLIERS personal data:
- because it is necessary for the execution of the contract or required pre-contractual measures;
- to fulfill the administrative, accounting and tax obligations required by the applicable legislation for the management of the contractual relationship.
Your data is kept for the duration of the commercial and contractual relationship and for further ten years, in order to fulfill the applicable legal obligations of administrative, fiscal and accounting nature.
Moreover, without need of your consent, We may also process your personal data where this is necessary for the pursuit of our legitimate interest (i.e. transmission of data for internal administrative purposes within the temporary grouping of companies “Raggruppamento Temporaneo d’Imprese – RTI” of which Etifor is the parent company and/or transmission of data to possible Etifor partner companies and/or granting authorities/European institutions in the management of certain European projects) pursuant to and under the conditions set forth by the applicable law.
AM I OBLIGED TO PROVIDE YOU WITH MY PERSONAL DATA?
Except with reference to navigation data as better specified in our Cookie Policy, and/or the data in case of your participation in events organized by the Owner and/or its partners, You are free to provide your data for the purposes mentioned above.
However, in the event of failure to provide, it will not be possible to follow up on your requests, nor to start a personnel selection phase or a contractual relationship.
The provision of data for marketing purposes is always optional. Failing that, You will not receive promotional communications and will not be informed of new events or initiatives promoted by Us.
WHO CAN YOU TRANSFER MY DATA TO?
Data could be made accessible or communicated to:
- Our employees and/or collaborators in any capacity, adequately trained and authorized for processing;
- Natural or legal persons that are used to perform our activities, which are necessary to achieve the purposes described above (including: hosting providers, suppliers of IT services and application software; accountant, consultants, etc.) or public or private bodies to whom we are obliged by the law to disclose the data.
- The member companies of the temporary grouping of companies (Raggruppamento Temporaneo d’Imprese – RTI) of which Etifor is the parent company and/or Etifor possible partner companies in the management of certain projects or granting authorities/European institutions within the scope and management of some specific projects.
These subjects will process the data as independent data controllers or as data processors, duly appointed by Us.
WHERE IS MY DATA LOCATED?
In carrying out our ordinary activities, We may use some suppliers (mostly, IT services, eg. hosting provider, cloud storage, mail server of the e-mail provider) that operate outside of the European Union. In this case We inform you that the data transfer will take place only in the presence of adequate safeguards provided for by the applicable law.
HOW DO WE SUPPORT YOU IN DEALING WITH DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS?
Consistent with the applicable law, You can: access your personal data, correct, remove or export them. You also have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. Where the collection or processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
Moreover, You can receive your personal data in a structured commonly used and machine-readable format and ask Us to transmit those data to another controller, where technically feasible. You can oppose the processing of your personal data when the processing is based on a legitimate interest (or of third parties interest) and if your personal information is used for direct marketing purposes. You can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in case you think that your rights have been breached.
