The biodiversity crisis continues to worsen, and the urgency for change, including economic and industrial transformation, has become more evident than ever. The European Business & Nature Summit (EBNS) is an international event – organised annually by the European Commission – to engage organisations that aim to develop and explore sustainable business models also aimed at biodiversity conservation.

We are excited to announce that Etifor is co-organiser of the 2023 edition, which will take place in Italy. Thanks to our experience as environmental consultants, we have actively contributed to the realisation of the programme and will be present at several working sessions; discover them all in the dedicated section of this page.

The Summit, opened by the keynote speech of Virginijus Sinkevičius | European Commissioner for the Environment, will be an opportunity to witness a confrontation between politics and business: there will be dialogues between influential leaders, policymakers and industry experts. These dialogues will pave the way for practical workshops addressing the current needs of companies and financial institutions. The Summit will also be enhanced by a series of side events, a cultural event open to all participants and a meeting of Finance for Biodiversity Foundation members.

As Etifor, we are proud to contribute to EBNS 2023: our participation reflects our commitment to promoting sustainability and biodiversity conservation. To find out more discover our services for companies.

Registrations for in-person participants are now closed. Registration for online participation are still available from the EBNS website: European Business & Nature Summit 2023 (europa.eu)!
