Who we are

We are an environmental consulting firm: our mission is to restore the balance between humans and nature, and we do this through the use of science, innovation and good governance. We support public and private entities to improve the environmental, social and economic impacts of policies, projects and investments on the ground. As a spin-off of the University of Padua, we work locally and internationally bringing scientific innovation into everyone’s lives.

At Etifor we like teamwork, we work hard and we never stop being curious. Being part of the team means sharing our values and the path we have taken to be a discrimination-free work environment (find out more in the Ethical Management System). For us, the only thing that really matters is how green your heart is: we welcome and value (bio)diversity in all its forms!

Who are we looking for?

Someone…

  • with strong interpersonal skills, able to manage and animate groups of people by supporting them in achieving their objectives through co-planning;
  • creative and resourceful, self-ironic, able to engage in group games and animation activities;
  • able to maintain a welcoming and constructive environment for interaction;
  • who can enjoy and be passionate about organising innovative and dynamic online and offline events;
  • with excellent listening and observation skills;
  • who shares our company’s passion for nature, ethics and sustainability values.

If you recognise yourself in these characteristics, you are the person we are looking for!

The person will work in the Culture & Facilitation Unit and will report directly to Etifor’s Good Vibes and Facilitation Manager.

The Culture & Facilitation Unit has the dual function of 1) managing and promoting the corporate culture, ensuring application of science, innovation and governance in all Etifor’s business/impact areas, 2) supporting all projects involving stakeholders through the use of facilitation techniques. To do so, the Unit has specific skills and functions in terms of facilitation and animation, which are used both for internal management and for the delivery of Etifor’s services and projects to national and international clients.

The selected person will work alongside our Good Vibes and Facilitation Manager, supporting other Etifor teams and specific facilitation projects.

In summary, the person will have the following responsibilities:

  • support the development of the Unit and the implementation of the strategy linked to the Corporate Culture concept;
  • support the dissemination of the culture of animation, facilitation, gamification and open feedback in the company;
  • support internal company facilitation and animation activities (team building events, strategic company days, work team facilitation, etc.);
  • support facilitation and animation activities related to Etifor’s services and projects with national and international clients (focus groups, OST, kick-off meetings, etc.);
  • support the organisation and preparation of online and offline events;
  • pre- and post-event reporting, through the drafting of timely and orderly summary reports.

After a period of training and coaching, the person will be asked to start facilitating meetings and workshops both inside and outside Etifor. The successful candidate will start with simple projects and later, in a view of individual growth, will autonomously manage more complex participatory paths.
