Our company conducts counselling and training activities, and implements environmental and social development projects.
As Data Controller of your personal data, in accordance with the GDPR (EU) 2016/679, with this document we inform you that this norm foresees the protection of individuals with regard to the use of personal data, and that the use of data will be conducted according to principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
The personal data acquired by the Controller during the use of the website are the following:
- Browsing data: during their regular functioning, computer systems and software procedures collect some personal data, the acquisition of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These data are used with the only aim to provide anonymous statistical information about the website and to monitor its correct functioning. These data are immediately deleted after their analysis.
- Personal data: the Data Controller may come to know certain categories of personal and special data, such as identity details, CV, contact information, common data, and particular content in emails, such as information related to religious belief, ethnicity, health status or belonging to a specific category included in the law 68/99 on protected categories. Data related to any of these special categories will be treated in observance of the art.9 GDPR.

Purposes of the Treatment
With your permission, personal and special data can also be used for the following purposes:
- Implementation of contractual or pre-contractual duties (administration of contractual activities for the provision of services; planning of activities; satisfaction analysis)
- Administration of spontaneous job applications and, eventually, selection of people
- Information dispatch through the newsletter
- Events subscription
- Registration to the website and communication channels.
Data will be processed only by personnel expressly authorized by the Data Controller. Your data may be shared with external subjects for purposes related to the relationship administration and, in particular, with the categories of recipients among which individuals responsible for the processing, upon their nomination, for purposes of hiring process administration.
Personal data may be shared on other websites, social media channels or company publications, notwithstanding the absolute prohibition on sharing data concerning one’s health status.

- Manual processing through paper archives
Every processing is done in accordance with the modalities and the adoption of specific security measures foreseen in the articles 6 and 32 GDPR.
Data retention periods
The processing of your data is done in accordance with the operations foreseen in art. 4 Privacy Code and art.4 n.2 GDPR. Precisely they entail: collection, registration, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, block, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your personal data are subject to automatic, electronic and paper use.
Personal data are processed by the Data Controller, upon consent given by the user. The user can revoke their consent at any time and without any justification by asking the Data Controller.
Methods of data treatment
The Data Controller processes the user data by adopting the adequate measures to impede access, dissemination, modification or non-authorized destruction of personal data. The treatment of data is done by computer systems adequately equipped with organizational methods and technical measures to guarantee the protection of data.
Data retention periods
The personal data collected are processed for the time necessary to the implementation of the requested service, and only for the purposes they have been collected for in the first place. The user has the possibility to cancel immediately at any time, except in the case of special contractual clauses about which they have been previously informed. Personal data collected for personnel selection are retained for the time necessary for the evaluation of the CVs and the implementation of the service. In any case, they shall not be retained for more than 5 years from their collection.
In accordance with art.7 Privacy Code and art.15 GDPR, users have the right to obtain form the Data Controller the access to their personal data, the update of their personal data, as well as the integration, the ratification or the cancellation of their data. At the same time, users have the right to limit the processing of their data or oppose it, to ask for the transformation of their data in anonymous form or for the arrest of the data processing that breaches the law, including those for which the conservation is not necessary for the purposes of the processing.
Users can revoke their consent at any point, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation. These requests have to be submitted to the Data Controller.
Besides the information given in this section, the Data Controller, upon request by the user, provides the user with additional information concerning the collection and processing of personal data for specific services.
