Development and application of a national methodology for the Economic Valuation of Ecosystem Services (EVES) across ten pilot areas in Serbia. Drafting of strategic guidelines to integrate natural capital into public budgets and the Biodiversity Financing Plan, supported by capacity-building activities for institutional stakeholders.

Development of innovative governance models for biodiversity conservation and the enhancement of the Natura 2000 Network management in Lombardy. Implementation of a methodological Toolkit to strengthen local management capacities, facilitation of participatory processes for environmental policy integration, and coordination of territorial design and animation teams.

Technical support for the FAO-EU FLEGT Programme to promote forest legality and combat degradation in the North Kivu and Ituri provinces (Democratic Republic of the Congo). Analysis of timber market flows, strengthening of local artisanal associations, and development of partnerships between small-scale enterprises and industry to ensure timber traceability and access to responsible international commercial channels.
