From Sustainability to Regenerative Tourism
In Lazise, in the area managed by the Fondazione Destination Verona Garda, the sixth edition of the Sustainable Tourism Forum | From Sustainability to Regenerative Tourism will take place on September 25th, organized by the Municipality of Lazise, Destination Verona Garda, and the members of the GSTC Italy Working Group* on the occasion of World Tourism Day on September 27th. The event, dedicated to operators, public bodies, representatives of tourist destinations, and certification technicians, will be an opportunity to rethink sustainable tourism with an eye to regeneration, in light of the authoritative standards of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council®.
On Friday, September 25, 2026, from 9 am to 6 pm at the Dogana Veneta in Lazise, join us in shaping new opportunities for the national tourism system. The event will feature the participation of Stefano Ravelli, GSTC Board Member and President of the Italy Working Group.
GSTC Italy Working Group
The GSTC Italy Working Group is a network of Italian organizations that implement and promote GSTC’s international sustainability standards for tourism.
