We process the NAVIGATION DATA:
- to allow You to use the web services.
- (with your consent only) to obtain statistical information on the use of the website.
- (with your consent only) to provide You with relevant ads and marketing campaign.
These data are kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve such purposes. More information is available in our Cookie Policy.
We process USERS personal data:
- to respond to any of your voluntarily submitted requests. Your data is kept for the time strictly necessary to respond to your request;
- to allow the Data Controller to conduct surveys that the user has voluntarily and optionally agreed to participate in, and to manage activities related and instrumental to the implementation and execution of the survey. The data (if not anonymous) will be retained only for the period necessary to carry out the survey organized by the Data Controller.
- for marketing purposes or for sending newsletters, information, and promotional communications via email regarding services and events organized by us, subject to obtaining your consent. For this purpose, we use email marketing platforms that insert a unique “tracking pixel” or equivalent technical tools in each message, allowing us to know if and when a message was opened, how many times, whether links or other content were clicked, as well as to collect certain technical data (for example IP address, email client type, or device). This information is used to measure campaign effectiveness, improve content, and, if you have granted specific consent to personalized communications, to make communications more relevant to your interests. The legal basis for such processing is your consent, provided by selecting the dedicated checkbox when subscribing to the newsletter or requesting promotional communications, which also includes the use of tracking pixels in emails for the purposes indicated above. You may at any time revoke your consent both for receiving communications and – in a granular manner – for the sole use of tracking pixels, by following the instructions at the bottom of each message or by writing to privacy@etifor.com. In the event of revocation of consent to tracking only, you will continue to receive email communications without your openings and interactions being monitored. Data are processed until consent is revoked and, in any case, will be retained for a period no longer than 24 months for marketing purposes and 12 months for personalization of communications, without prejudice to any further retention periods imposed by applicable legislation.
Lastly, it should be noted that in the event that any spontaneous request from the user is aimed at registering for an event organized by the Data Controller, the user-applicant is hereby made aware of the fact that as part of such events, photos and/or videos may be taken and/or made by the Data Controller and/or parties appointed by the Data Controller and/or partners involved in the organization of the event, having as their object the event and for purposes of promoting it and the activities of the Data Controller and/or partner, mainly within the social channels and websites of the latter.
The legal basis for such processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller and/or third parties (the partners involved in the organization of the event and/or to whom the Company has a contractual obligation having to do with the event). Since these will be mainly group images from which it will not be possible to extrapolate and/or delete the image of the individual, the user is invited, as of now, not to register for the event where he/she does not wish to be portrayed within the context of such images and/or videos. It is the user’s responsibility to also inform any companions at the event of this circumstance. The above data will be kept for the period deemed strictly necessary for the above purposes.

Depending on the case, such communications may be sent based on your consent or, within the limits allowed by applicable legislation, pursuant to our legitimate interest in offering you services similar to those already purchased (so-called “soft spam”). In this case as well, we use tracking pixels or equivalent tools, as described above, to measure the effectiveness of communications and, where authorized by you, to personalize them. You may object at any time to processing for marketing purposes and/or to the sole use of tracking pixels by following the instructions at the bottom of each message or by writing to privacy@etifor.com. Data are retained for 24 months for marketing purposes and for 12 months for personalization.
