Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a new colleague to join our team who, after a period of training, will work together with the team to offer technical services to tourist destinations.
About the job
As a “Project Officer” specialised in Tourism Destination Management you will support Etifor’s team in the following activities:
DESTINATION MANAGEMENT
Approach to the development of tourism in the territory that understands tourism as an economic system capable of improving the quality of life of the local population. We will work on destination development plans and deal with governance, destination profile development, tourism product design and the related communication, promotion and marketing strategy.
TERRITORIAL ANIMATION AND PARTICIPATORY PLANNING
Implementation of management and development plans for tourist destinations using participatory methodologies, in order to stimulate or strengthen local tourism governance. The outputs of tourism development processes are strategic projects and destination startup plans.

Experience
We value your experience in the field and your passion for tourism.
If you have one or more years of experience in organising local tourism, it will certainly be useful for us to know.

CONTRACT INFORMATION
Expected start date: Asap, March/April 2022
Place of work: Padua office in Piazza Alcide de Gasperi n. 41.
Duration and type of contract: full time (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale Settore Commercio). For candidates under 30 years of age there is the possibility of 6-months internship or a 3-year apprenticeship (always with the possibility of renewal to permanent employment) based on previous experience in the sector.
Level: to be defined during the interview and subsequent meetings on the basis of experience and work curriculum.
