About the job

RESPONSABILITIES

According to the educational background, working experience and skills, we will evaluate which responsibilities are best for each candidate:

  • back office and administrative work, specifically managing paper and digital documents, data, CRM, etc.
  • financial reporting of the European projects implemented by Etifor (filling out timesheets, etc.)
  • customer service for the wownature.eu project, which allows citizens and organisation to take care of nature
  • supporting projects aimed at improving the environment and forests, specifically with reference to the relationship between nature, health and wellbeing

EDUCATION

For this position, a high school diploma is required.

Will be considered an asset:

  • Master’s degrees or other titles in field s related to environment, economics, and communication

EXPERIENCE

We will evaluate candidates with at least one year of experience in one or more of the following fields:

  • administration and accounting
  • environmental and/or forestry advice
  • marketing and communication
  • selling strategies and costumer care

SKILLS

Candidates must be eligible under the Italian law 68/99 which regulates the employment of people with disabilities in public and private enterprises. In addition, the following competences will be evaluated:

  • excellent proficiency in Italian (written and oral) and a good knowledge of English. While everyone in Etifor speaks Italian, the official language is English
  • excellent knowledge of Office tools, and in particular of Excel. Good knowledge of Cloud technologies such as G Suite
  • excellent organisational skills, including the efficient management of documents and time
  • excellent listening and problem-solving skills, including facilitation skills and flexibility

Logistic and contractual information

Starting date: as soon as possible, max. by June 2022.

Place of work: Piazza A. De Gasperi n. 41, Padova, Italy

Accessibility to the office: at the moment, the building that is hosting our offices present dome architectural barriers (steps, elevators), making the access difficult for people with physical and sensorial disabilities, either temporary or permanent. Works for the removal of these barriers are foreseen in the near future (2022/2023).

Length: fixed term of one year with the aim to extend the contact indefinitely. People under 30 could be offered an apprenticeship contract of 3 years.
