About the job

The selected candidate will work in direct contact with the top management of the company and will be in charge of:

  • Design, manage and execute Etifor integrated editorial & marketing plans;
  • Support new product development and define the go-to-market strategy;
  • Collaborate with colleagues from the other business units to coordinate efforts and maximise results
  • Work with the Communication Team to optimise funnels and make the user experience the best possible for the wownature.eu e-commerce and other Etifor’s websites;
  • Monitor the marketing campaigns results, tracking analytics and ensuring KPIs are met;
  • Work with the Communication team to produce targeted content.

The team

The candidate will cover the position of Marketing Manager within our Marketing & Communication Unit. They will work under the supervision of the Unit Coordinator, supported by our Marketing Specialist (external consultant). The candidate will support the Unit Directors and Business Program Coordinators to define, implement, monitor B2H & B2G marketing strategies and initiatives.

Qualification, experiences and skills required

Educational background & Experience:

Master’s degrees or other titles in fields related to marketing, economics and STEM subjects. Other degrees will be duly taken into account if backed up by relevant experience.


We will evaluate candidates with at least 4 years of experience relevant to the position. Experience in working abroad and in the service industry, startups, or environmental organization, serving both public and private clients will be considered a plus.

  • Excellent proficiency in Italian (written and oral) and English. While everyone in Etifor speaks Italian, the official language is English.

● 1-year fixed term contract (with the possibility of becoming permanent);
● Starting gross salary range: depending on experience and contract type within CCNL salary range, 4 or 3 level CCNL Commercio. Salary adjustments may be discussed during the first interview.
● Full time contract. Smart-work and telework arrangements may be discussed during the first interview.
