About the job

You will support the Communication Manager and the other members of the team.
And you will:

  • learn to create content for our company sites (etifor.com; wownature.eu) and for our international project websites (e.g. Greenforcare.eu, Uforest.eu);
  • learn to send newsletters and manage social communication;
  • learn to work within a team;
  • learn to take care of final customers by supporting WOWnature’s team;
  • learn to run a campaign.

Other responsibilities may be added to value specific skills of the candidate.

Qualification, experiences and skills required

Educational background & Experience:

If you have a Degree related to the task it’s good. If you don’t, don’t worry: training and work experience in the field of communication will be positively valued. It should also be noted that knowledge of Italian and English grammar will be tested. A high interest in new technologies is necessary for this role, as well as a propensity to keep up to date. International experience, in particular in English-speaking countries, will be considered a plus.

Skills
This is a junior position, few requirements are mandatory while others will be considered a plus.

Mandatory requirements:

  • C2 Level in English &  C2 / C1 Level in Italian (it is not necessary to have an official language certificate, competence will be tested during interviews so it is strongly recommended to indicate the actual level in the curriculum);
  • personal or professional experience as content writer (personal or professional blogs, etc.)
  • problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn;
  • personal and professional interest in Digital Marketing and environmental communication;
  • high interest in forestry sciences, natural resources, sustainability;
  • high level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google suite, cloud services, etc.).

Non mandatory requirements:

  • knowledge of the WordPress CMS;
  • knowledge of the major social networking platforms (Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Youtube, etc.);
  • knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g. Active Campaign).

Contract type

We are searching a new intern: variable contribution of expenses based on the characteristics of the internship (during the University, after the Degree or other situations). After the internship there will be the possibility to have a full time contract / Part time contract (CCNL commercio).
