The Biomass Trade Center 2 project, co-funded by the EU’s Intelligent Energy Europe Program, supports the development of the wood-energy supply chain, enhancing logistics, quality of materials and communication to the general public. Together with the Italian Agroforestry Energy Association (AIEL), we implement the “Guidelines for assessing the sustainability of the wood-energy supply chain” and publish a report on the state of certification schemes and trademarks for biofuels in Italy.
