We support public and private entities that want to improve the environmental, social and economic impacts of policies, projects and investments. Job responsibilities

The person will work within the Administration and Accounting Unit and will assist the Coordinator in supporting the daily management of accounting and administrative tasks.

In particular, you will be responsible for the following support activities:

  • Uploading and verifying primary accounting documents (e.g., bank statements).
  • Issuing outgoing invoices.
  • Recording incoming invoices from Italy, EU countries, and non-EU countries.
  • Managing tax payments through F24 Fiscoline.
  • Overseeing and managing periodic printouts.
  • Updating the company’s management systems in collaboration with Project Managers.
  • Maintaining accounting records.
  • Monitoring payment and collection schedules.
  • Conducting year-end closing checks (adjusting entries) and preparing financial reports.

Educational background

Preference will be given to candidates with:

  • Technical Commercial Diploma in Administration, Finance, and Marketing (Accounting) or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Economics or equivalent qualifications.

Experience

We’ll evaluate candidates with 1-3 experience in administration and accounting.

Skills

  • You know that when we talk about “double-entry” we’re not referring to Padel (a sport).
  • You have experience in ordinary and adjusting accounting entries.
  • Excel & Co. are your daily bread (meaning you are proficient with Microsoft Excel and other similar tools).
  • You have a good knowledge of English language.
  • Plus: You have previous experience working with Zucchetti or similar accounting software.

Contract information

Workplace: Padua – A. De Gasperi Square, No. 41, with the possibility of flexible smart working.

Duration: 3 years for candidates under 30 years old with an apprenticeship contract or 1 year for candidates over 30 years old, with the prospect of a permanent contract conversion.

Level: 6th for the apprenticeship contract, 4th for the fixed-term contract.

Contract type: full-time (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commerce Sector).
